There is something interesting about September.
Summer hasnât completely left us.
The days can still feel warm.
The sun still carries the energy of summer.
And yet⊠something begins to shift.
The light changes.
The evenings arrive a little earlier.
Nature begins quietly preparing for what comes next.
September reminds us that change doesnât always happen all at once.
Sometimes, we find ourselves in between seasons.
And not just in nature.
In life, too.

đ The Space Between Where You Were and Where Youâre Going
There are times in life when you know something is changing, but you canât quite see what comes next.
Maybe something that once felt right doesnât anymore.
Maybe youâve outgrown a role, a relationship, a habit, a belief, or even an old version of yourself.
Maybe nothing dramatic has happened at all.
You simply feel different.
You know youâre not where you were.
But youâre not quite sure where youâre going either.
That space can feel uncomfortable because we like to know.
We like plans.
We like answers.
We like to understand what something means before weâve finished living through it.
But nature doesnât work that way.
And neither do we.

đż Not Every Transition Needs an Immediate Answer
Look at the natural world in September.
Summer doesnât disappear overnight because the calendar tells us fall is coming.
One season slowly begins making room for another.
There is overlap.
There is adjustment.
There are warm afternoons followed by cooler evenings.
There are signs of what is leaving and glimpses of what is beginning.
Perhaps our own transitions deserve that same grace.
We donât always have to immediately define whatâs happening.
We donât have to rush toward the next version of ourselves simply because the old one no longer fits.
Sometimes the most honest thing we can say is:
Something is changing.
And for now, that can be enough.

âš The Wisdom of the In-Between
The in-between is often treated like a waiting room.
Somewhere we sit until our ârealâ life begins again.
But what if it isnât?
What if the transition itself is part of the experience?
There are things we discover about ourselves when the answers arenât obvious.
We notice what we reach for.
What we miss.
What we no longer want.
What feels lighter.
What keeps calling us forward.
The space between chapters can reveal things that certainty never could.
You may not know exactly where you are going yet.
But you may already know what you cannot return to.
That matters.
đ Crystal Wisdom for Transition
Crystals can be beautiful companions during times of transitionânot because they tell us what comes next, but because they can become physical reminders of the intentions we want to carry with us.
Labradorite is often associated with transformation, intuition, and navigating change. Its flashes of color seem to appear and disappear depending on how the light hits itâa beautiful reminder that sometimes we need to shift our perspective before we can see what has been there all along.
Moonstone is traditionally connected with cycles, new beginnings, and intuition. It can be a meaningful stone to work with when you are learning to move with change rather than trying to control every part of it.
Smoky Quartz offers a grounding presence when transition feels uncertain, reminding us to stay connected to where we are even while life is moving toward something new.
Choose whichever stone feels most supportive to youâor simply choose one you already have and give it your own intention.

đ A Simple September Practice
Find a quiet place and sit with a crystal, a cup of tea, or simply yourself.
Take a few slow breaths.
Then ask:
What feels like it is changing in my life right now?
Donât immediately try to solve it.
Just notice.
Then ask:
What am I ready to stop forcing?
And finally:
What would it feel like to trust this transition a little more?
You donât need perfect answers.
Youâre simply creating space to hear yourself.
đ A Note From Me
I think we sometimes put so much pressure on ourselves to know what comes next.
We want the plan.
The timeline.
The sign that tells us weâre making the right decision.
But some seasons of life arenât meant to give us all the answers right away.
Sometimes weâre simply being asked to notice that something has shifted.
To acknowledge that weâve changed.
And to give ourselves permission to stand in that in-between space without rushing through it.
You donât have to know exactly where youâre going to recognize that youâre no longer where you were.
Maybe thatâs where trust begins.
Not with knowing.
But with allowing.
With love,
