REFUNDS
If for any reason you need to return your jewelry, you have a 3 Day Grace Period after receiving the product to contact us. It must be returned back to us in the manner that it was sent. Any untold damage will not be refunded back to you.

Crystals, Alter Pieces, and All Other Products Besides Jewelry - No Refunds on these Products.

DAMAGE:
We offer a 3 day grace period from the day you receive your package to message us. However, Please understand that we reserve the right to ask for photos of the damage.
Any Time after the 5 Day Grace Period:
We ask that you pay for the shipping back to us to fix. However, We will pay for shipping back to you.
