To Use: These Golden Healer Points are great to place on you altar, desk or anywhere in your space to surround yourself with the Golden Healer energy.  To work with Golden Healer points set in front of you while sitting in meditation. Focus on your Sacral and Solar Plexus chakras, these are the area of community, creation, sexuality, intuition, will power and confidence.  Surrender to what you feel and allow emotions to surface to be seen, heard and understood.  As emotional issues arise, pay attention to how you feel.  If possible, try to separate yourself from the emotion to understand the lesson behind the wound.  If you are overcome with emotion, it's okay allow the emotion to be fully present and tell yourself you do not need to release this today. Keep practicing this during your meditations, while using Golden Healer and allowing emotions to surface.  Journaling is a helpful way to keep track of progress when doing this work.  Practice this daily for 1 to 2 weeks. Since we hold wounds in each chakra, begin by focusing on the Sacral first for a week then moving onto the Solar Plexus.
